Leasing Terms & Advertised Pricing

 

Our advertised monthly rates are starting prices based on a 48-month Fair Market Value (FMV) lease, subject to credit approval. Each leasing package includes a floor-standing black-and-white multifunction copier and is designed around a specific monthly printing volume: Essential accommodates up to 1,500 pages, Business up to 3,000 pages, and High Volume up to 5,000 pages.

Advertised pricing is not guaranteed. Actual monthly payments may vary depending on equipment selection, financing approval, expected printing volume, and specific business requirements.

Our team will review your printing needs to determine whether you qualify for the advertised starting rate or whether a customized quote is necessary.

 

Monthly Printing Allowances & Usage Guidelines

 

Each leasing package includes an approved monthly printing allowance. Customers are expected to remain within the monthly page volume established in their agreement.

Black toner is included at no additional charge for qualifying customers who remain within their approved printing allowance.

If printing activity consistently exceeds the approved monthly volume, additional toner charges may apply. Customers may also be offered an adjusted toner or service plan to accommodate increased printing needs.

Exceeding your approved printing allowance does not automatically increase your monthly equipment lease payment. Any additional charges or adjustments will be governed by the terms of your agreement.

 

All-Inclusive Black Toner Coverage

 

Our Black & White All-Inclusive leasing packages include unlimited black toner for the duration of the 48-month lease, provided customers remain current on their lease payments and within their approved printing limits.

There are no separate black toner charges or cost-per-copy fees for printing that qualifies under the approved plan.

Toner coverage is intended for normal business printing and copying on the leased equipment. Excessive toner consumption, misuse, redistribution, or use of supplied toner in equipment not covered by the agreement is excluded.

As long as your business remains within its approved usage guidelines, black toner will continue to be supplied at no additional cost throughout the 48-month lease term.

 

Changes in Printing Volume or Toner Consumption

 

All-inclusive black toner eligibility is based on the monthly printing volume and expected toner consumption approved when your agreement is established.

If your printing volume or toner consumption increases significantly beyond those approved limits, iGlobal Imaging Systems may review your toner coverage eligibility.

Additional toner charges may apply, or continued all-inclusive coverage may require a separately agreed adjustment to your toner or service plan.

Your existing equipment lease payment remains subject to the terms of your financing agreement.

 

Equipment Leasing & Purchase Options

 

Our standard advertised pricing is based on a 48-month Fair Market Value lease. At the end of the lease, customers may have options to return, renew, or purchase the equipment at its fair market value, subject to their financing agreement.

We also offer alternative financing arrangements, including 48-month leases with a $1 purchase option at the end of the term, for qualifying customers.

Equipment purchases are available for businesses that prefer ownership rather than leasing. Pricing and financing terms vary based on the selected equipment and agreement.
