Advertised Pricing & Leasing

 

All advertised monthly leasing rates are starting prices based on a 48-month Fair Market Value (FMV) lease, subject to credit approval, equipment availability, and applicable financing terms.

 

Advertised pricing does not constitute a guaranteed offer. Actual monthly payments may vary based on equipment selection, expected monthly printing volume, toner coverage, service requirements, and financing approval.

 

Taxes and applicable fees may be additional.

 

All-Inclusive Equipment Plans

 

All-inclusive equipment plans are subject to qualification and approval based on anticipated monthly printing volume, toner coverage, and equipment requirements.

 

Approved plans may include equipment, toner, parts, labor, maintenance, and service as specified in the customer's written agreement.

 

Customers are expected to remain within the approved monthly printing volume and toner coverage assumptions established in their agreement.

 

If usage exceeds approved limits or printing patterns change significantly, additional toner charges may apply in accordance with the applicable customer agreement. Such charges do not automatically alter the monthly equipment lease payment.

 

Service & Equipment Exclusions

 

All-inclusive plans do not cover equipment damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or other exclusions expressly identified in the customer's agreement.

 

Equipment Sales

 

Equipment offered for direct purchase may be new, refurbished, demonstration, or previously leased equipment, as identified in the applicable proposal.

Warranty coverage, included parts, labor, delivery, installation, and other services vary by transaction and are governed by the written sales agreement.

 

Final Agreements

Final equipment pricing, financing terms, service coverage, and customer obligations are determined by the applicable written agreements.
