Whether you're an existing customer with a service agreement or a business seeking assistance with a Ricoh copier, our team can help evaluate your equipment needs.
Service Coverage for iGlobal Customers
Your service may already be included at no additional charge.
Customers enrolled in qualifying iGlobal All-Inclusive Leasing or Equipment Service Plans may receive covered repairs and maintenance without additional technician labor charges.
Depending on the customer's agreement, included services may consist of:

Preventive maintenance

Routine equipment servicing

Eligible toner and supplies, where included in the plan
Coverage varies by agreement. Certain repairs, replacement components, consumables, or service circumstances may not be included.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or other excluded conditions may result in additional charges.
Customers with qualifying coverage are not charged separately for services already included in their agreement.
Pay-As-You-Go Service & Repairs
For customers without an active service agreement, iGlobal offers professional repair services on a case-by-case basis.
Standard technician labor: $135–$175 per hour
Rates depend on the equipment, repair complexity, and service requirements.
Replacement parts, applicable taxes, and any separately disclosed fees are additional unless otherwise agreed.
Service requests are subject to equipment eligibility, location, and technician availability.
Ricoh Equipment Specialists
Our primary service focus is Ricoh multifunction copiers and printers.
We provide mechanical troubleshooting, paper-feed repairs, print-quality diagnostics, fuser replacement, component repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Other equipment manufacturers may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Printer Service, Not General IT Support
iGlobal specializes in copier and printer equipment rather than general computer or network administration.
We may assist with basic printer connectivity and device configuration, but advanced networking, server management, firewall configuration, and unrelated computer issues are outside our standard service scope.
