How All-Inclusive Eligibility Works
All-inclusive color toner plans are designed for businesses with typical office printing needs. Eligibility is based on several factors, not just the total number of pages you print each month.
Monthly Page Volume
Each plan is based on a specific monthly printing allowance: up to 1,500 pages, 3,000 pages, or 5,000 pages. You must remain within the approved volume for your selected plan.
Toner Usage (Especially Color)
All-inclusive pricing also depends on the amount of toner used per page, primarily color coverage.
We review your expected usage to determine if it falls within our coverage guidelines.
Business Printing Needs
We consider the type of documents you typically print, such as text documents, reports, and light graphics versus high-coverage color prints like photos or marketing materials.
Credit Approval
Advertised pricing is based on approved credit and a 48-month Fair Market Value (FMV) lease. Your final rate and plan are determined after we review your information.

If your printing needs fall within our guidelines, you may qualify for all-inclusive color toner at the advertised rate.
